On Monday, I defended my thesis ("Material Characterization Improvement in High Temperature Rectangular Waveguides") and got an A-. Which is great!!! Now I can focus on what's really important: watching basketball.
KU plays Oklahoma tomorrow at 11:30. Catch all the action at your local pub. We are of course rooting for the Jayhawks, as you can see... Dominic will wear his KU shirt tomorrow too, like a good Baby Jay.
Now, even though he doesn't coach here anymore, we can still say nice things about Roy Williams, and this does a pretty good job. Also, you can see former Jayhawk Nick Bahe (now a Creighton junior) give his impression of KU Coach Bill Self. Speaking of Coach Self, did you know he graduated from Edmond Memorial - which is also my alma mater? Read up on it here. Best part of the article? Coach De la Garza calling it "Edmond High" - not "Edmond Memorial." Because, lets face it, it IS the only high school in town. Go Bulldogs!!

Lastly, for all you "24" fans out there, think of this: how crazy would it be if Jack Bauer did stuff besides saving the world? What if he was in the restaurant business? These guys answered that question (small bits of poopy language!). (You can also search for '24' and 'pizza' on YouTube to get some good findings...)
